Anatomical Sculpture of Lego Minifig’s Guts 17th Nov 2011

Jason Freeny’s incredible sculptures are extremely creepy. This one, named the “Lego Man Anatomical Sculpt,” looks like got loose inside a toybox.
The Anatomical Sculpt is a real oversized Lego flashlight toy, cut open and stuffed with organs sculpted from Milliput modeling clay and Apoxie Sculpt clay (an epoxy clay with a longer working time than Milliput). The various organs and bones were constructed on wire armatures and then painted.
You can see the full process on Freeny’s . The man is clearly a master sculptor, but what I like the most is that the model looks exactly like what I’d imagine a Lego minifig’s insides to look like, right down to the shape of the skull and its teeth.
And if you want to see the same thing being inflicted on a poor, defenseless Hello Kitty, head over to Freeny’s Moist Production Site.
